After wild, gym and trainer battles the winner will be awarded EXP points for thier pokemon to grow and eventually evolve. There must be a simple way of calculating this, so this one will be used:
EXP earned after won battle = Half of beaten pokemon's Lv. eg. If your pokemon beat a Lv. 40 Tyranitar then it will earn 20 EXP
EXP needed to level up pokemon = Is equal to pokemon's level eg. My Lv. 14 Machoke beat a Lv. 12 Tailow, it gained 6 EXP and has 6/14 EXP it needs 8 more EXP to level up.
Easy enough? I hope so.
